Please read the following notices before registration. Registrations accompanying accepted papers must be received before the deadline and are non-refundable. If you have any queries, please contact icrse2023@outlook.com 

• All rates are in USD. 
• One regular registration can cover a paper.
• The additional paper price is only applied for the registered author who is the first author in both papers. 
• Student rate is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors and attached their student' ID card copy when register.

Note :

• Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings. 
• Some hotels for accommodation will be suggested by the organizer. But its cost must be paid by the participants.
