:: Visa / invitation

All participants in the conference (authors, co-authors, panel organizers, members of the academic board, etc.) are kindly requested to apply for Visa.
Since obtaining an Iranian visa requires at least two months time, it is recommended that you submit your article as soon as possible. After the acceptance of the article by the scientific committee, an Acceptance Letter with the logo and seal of the ICRSE2023 and the signature of the conference chairman will be sent to you through email in PDF format. Through that letter, you can apply for a visa at the Iranian embassy in your country. It is emphasized that the ICRSE has no role in issuing visas, but we will try to help you to obtain it.
